If what we find at your door is genuinely different from what was described on the phone, you hear the revised number first — and you can say no at that point. Nothing here gets done first and priced afterwards.
How pricing works
- 01A quote on the phone, based on the details you give us: the lock, the vehicle, the address, what happened.
- 02Confirmed on site before work starts, so the number you agree to is the number you agreed to.
- 03If the job turns out different from the description, we stop and re-quote rather than adding to the total at the end.
- 04An itemized invoice, so you can see exactly what you paid for.
